Most technical manuals are in soft cover book style form. Some technical manuals, especially the newer ones are shipped in a binder. At our customers request, in order to reduce the cost of shipping the loose leaf clear plastic protected pages are separated from the binder and placed inside a flat rate priority envelope together with the binder.When the binder is placed in the envelope with the pages it will not fit. When separated it fits with out a problem. Once you receive the envelope all you need to do is place the pages back into the binder.
