Who Let The Part Out For The CD4E
The electrical components are vital in an electronically controlled unit. One sensor or solenoid out of sync and the performance of the transmission suffers. The CD4E (LA4A-EL) are equipped with the following electrical parts:

- Solenoid Assembly (Replaces 96420 & 96420C)
- Output Speed Sensor (VSS) (2 Prong Connector) with Drive Gear (Ford Probe / Mazda)
- Output Speed Sensor (VSS) (2 Prong Connector) No Drive Gear
- Output Speed Sensor (VSS) (10" Harness) with Cable Drive
- Output Speed Sensor (VSS) (10" Harness) No Cable Drive (2.0L)

Drive Line Shaft, Input & Output Shaft For The NV125
The Transfer Case or Transfer Box New Venture NV-125 is used in the BMW X5 Sport Utility Vehicle from 1999 to 2003.
The Drive Line Shaft, the shaft from the output shaft of the transfer case to the front differential, is about 29 3/16" long from factory. This leaves about 1 inch of unused spline within the output shaft. We currently offer the oem and a longer drive line shaft that measures about 30 1/16" (see pictures below).
If you are using the oem drive line shaft it is suggested to fill the output shaft with a very heavy grease to deter moisture which can lead to the deterioration of the splines and then failure.
In addition to the shafts listed we also carry the input shaft, sprocket, Bearing and Seal Kit and the Seal Kit. We are proud to announce that we carry the most extensive Seal Kit for the NV125 on the market to date. It contains:
- All Three Shaft Seals
- Dust Cover
- O-Ring
- Snap Ring
- Two Plug Rings

Muscle Stangs of Miami Mustang Club
We recently met with the Muscle Stangs of Miami and became a sponsor www.musclestangsofmiami.com .
This is truly a unique and active club. So far there has been some activity every weekend and this weekend the members will be proudly displaying their pride and joy side by side with the members of the Antique Automotive Club of America's South Florida Chapter in the 9th Annual Downtown Miami Classic Car Show.
The Car Show will be held February 6th, 2010 on Flagler Street and S.E. 3rd Avenue from 10AM to 3Pm. For those of you that can not make it, not to worry, we will be posting pictures of some of the vehicles on display at the show.
The president of the Club, Luis, and the vice-president, Andy, are greatly committed to the club as well as the other original founders and growing list of members, about 105 strong and growing.
The club is much more that just a bunch of Mustang lovers hanging out. There is a family feel that is strongly encouraged and evident when attending meetings and other functions. Wifes, husbands, kids and friends, with or without an iconic Ford Pony Car, are welcomed and reminded to come back next time.
Membership is a onetime $15.00 and it includes a t-shirt. Registration is as simple as can be; go to their web site and sing up. Once a member you will have access to the forum, event calender, photo gallery and other members.
