The SM-465 is a 4 Speed Manual or Standard Transmission used in GM vehicles like the Chevy / GMC 1500, 2500, 3500, C Series, K10, K20, K30 Series Pickup Trucks, Blazer, Suburban and Jimmy. This unit was used with may different engine sizes and used for several years.

There are two different versions; one with an iron top and the other with an aluminum top. Knowing the material of the top will the easiest way to identify your particular unit as the rebuild kits are different for each.
