The WG-4472 gear box is used in the Chevrolet Astro Van and GMC Safari Van from 1990 to 1998, the Oldsmobile Bravada from 1991 to 1997, full size Chevy Blazer S-10 from 1995 to 1997, the GMC Jimmy S-15 from 1995 to 1997, the Typhoon from 1992 to 1993 and the Syclone in 1991.

This gearbox has a casting number of 44-72 and uses one of two chains:

• 1.75" inch wide by 43 link rocker pin design chain, with 2 blue links for the GM L van All Wheel Drive (AWD) 1990 to 1995.

• 1.75" inch wide by 43 link rocker pin design chain, with 1 blue link for the Blazer, Bravada, Cyclone and Typhoon.
